Delhi farmers’ protests: Telangana farmers lend support

Farmers’ unions and non-governmental organisations in Telangana have introduced their aid to the protesting farmers in Delhi. They held a few dharnas and rasta rokos in Hyderabad ever because the farmers from Punjab and Haryana started their protest past week.

On Thursday, they organised rasta rokos in unique pieces of the State, demanding the Centre to repeal the three Agricultural Functions. In Hyderabad, they organised rasta roko at the RTC Cross streets. The law enforcement arrested the protesters and later on introduced them.

“The three Functions would hurt the passions of the farmers. They ended up released and passed in Parliament in an undemocratic method,” T Sagar of Telangana Rythu Sangham stated. “Lakhs of farmers are protesting in Delhi towards the Functions. The Authorities is employing power to disperse the protesting farmers,” he stated.

Saying solidarity with the Delhi protesters, the All India Kisan Sangharsh Coordination Committee (AIKSCC) held a day-very long dharna at the Dharna Chowk in close proximity to Indira Park two times ago.

Vemulapalli Venkatramaiah, President of All India Kisan Mazdoor Sabha (AIKMS), alleged that the three Functions would make farmers suffer intensely.

“The least aid rates (MSP) are barely adequate to fulfill the actual charge of creation. The farmers are not even getting the MSPs. If the MSP routine goes, they would finish up earning losses,” he stated, addressing the dharna.

‘Increase of Farmers Profits – Modi government’s Deception’ — a book that he co-authored with Asish Mittal was introduced at the dharna website.
