Dr Shashank Joshi, a member of the Maharashtra government’s COVID-19 task force and a renowned endocrinologist, mentioned the turnaround was due to the metropolis tacking the surge with the “ATM tactic”, which is ‘Assess, Triage and Transfer, and Management’.
